The breakfast includes good food, such as fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread and pastries. Also, the location is absolutely perfect, minutes from Old Town Faro. The hotel is close to the very nice area and it's near restaurants and bars.

Property was special, we appreciated this place.
The room was stylish and had lovely views of the marina. Thanks to the exceptional staff everything was perfect, including a wide range of freshly made food. It had marvellous location with access to Misericordia Church nearby.

Fine rooftop terrace, elegant poolside experience, high-quality toiletries by Rituals
The gym hours could use expansion!!! There's also an evident need for more sunbeds at the pool area!!! Lastly, the décor feels quite outdated in some places!!!

The location couldn't be better. . . The staff is attentive.. Breakfast is good (except coffee). Restaurant is good. Everything is very clean . The double bed was comfortable. Nice rooftop terrace with good views . Transport to Faro beach by van with many schedules. Very friendly driver . They are driven in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and I think I heard something in German . Very complete gym, even had an olympic bar.
We reported several times to the reception for a problem in the bathroom, shower was leaking and what could have been solved with a three cm silicone strip became a constant puddle for six nights. mention that the shower tap was quite deteriorated and bathroom was not comfortable ( little space ). room was small and smelled quite damp. views were regular. The rooftop pool. rather a large bathtub, had very little water, it didn't have any kind of elements to have some shade. we didn't make use of it. parking lot is not the hotel's. it's uncomfortable and expensive, breakfast coffee is terrible. beach club doesn't have its own sun beds and parasols on the beach. you have to pay for them next door, quality of the regular bar.

Good location, clean room. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and good fruit which changed daily. Staff were helpful and courteous. We didn't have any problems with noise as previous reviews had suggested but it was off season. Whilst parking was 10 euros a night there was plenty of free parking a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A/c was not very effective.

Breakfast is the choice of the freshest fruits for me, and this is mango, cherry, pineapple, watermelon. 3 breakfast assortment changed. Excellent choice of hot dishes. Panorama can have breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a beautiful view. BASEINE on the terrace also with a magnificent panorama of the old city. BUSINESS TO EVERYTHING (5min walk to the bus and train station), to restaurants, during the walk you can always come to the hotel, very convenient. SPACIOUS AND CLEAN ROOM
Unfortunately, the information in the brochure in the room was misleading twice. the breakfast section says that the insurance policy is from 7.00 to 10.00. I had a bus at 8:00 and expected to start breakfast by 7:00. In fact, it turned out to be 7:30 to 10:30, I had to get there in 15 minutes, which left a tidy trail...

Central position. It's a good breakfast. You can tell by the number of locals on Saturday on the terrace that this is the most fashionable and chic place in town. It's a place to show yourself and see others!
The presence of a spa and pictures of the sauna and hammam influenced the hotel's choice. But don't be fooled, as they are always ... turned off and stand pristinely cold. At my request to turn on at least a hammam (imagine how long you have to wait until the sauna heats up) said that you have to pay 8 € . What?! This is the first time in many years of travel I have encountered such a thing. Hotel 4**** asks for money for sauna and hammam at the sports club ?! It's petty, gentlemen !

The staff were excellent and very helpful - 5 star service in this hotel! Standard of service gets full marks.
On a weekend night, if you are not a partying type of person, you will nevertheless share the partygoers joy and delight, especially if you like sleeping with the windows open! In other words, it can be bit noisy.

Great rooms, comfortable beds. In the heart of Faro, all within walking distance... hotel has a shuttle to the beach, taken and picked up in advance booking... tasty breakfasts. Monotonous, all very delicious: freshly squeezed juices, pastries, corner of gluten-free products, good coffee and fruit. The hotel provides free telephone with Internet and social networks... you can use it to book restaurants, translate and build a route, it's convenient. Faro Airport is 15-20 minutes away! everything is very close, Take a room overlooking the city and square... you won't regret it, In the evening it may be a little noisy. it's very beautiful,
There were ants in the room, gnats... There's no Internet in the lobby on the first floor near the reception. That's just nonsense. wi-fi only worked in the room and rooftop restaurant. Reception girls didn't always know what they wanted. hotel offers a late check out, we came up for confirmation, one girl said no, another confirmed. Strange as it may seem, first one didn't speak much English... Killed little pillows in the room weren't happy either... very small and dirty rooftop pool. beds are not adjustable, you can't throw them away.
